Returns & Replacement Policy
At Gronsol, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction.
Return Eligibility:
You may request a replacement if:
- The product is received in damaged condition
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong model or specifications
Return Window:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected at our facility, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, and we may request your account details to complete the process.
- You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund has been successfully processed.
Replacement Process:
- Contact our support team with order details and issue description.
- Share clear photos/videos of the problem.
- Our service team will verify and process the replacement within 72 working hours.
- Replacement is subject to inspection and stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or physical mishandling
- Inverters tampered with or used improperly
- Items without original packaging and accessories
