Role Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. Your role will be to call potential customers, explain our solar inverter products, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Share product details and benefits
- Maintain lead database and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
Qualifications:
- Education: 10th or 12th Pass
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, or English
- Basic knowledge of using a mobile phone or computer
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling/sales preferred
