Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Executive to join our growing team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing installation support, after-sales service, and technical assistance for solar inverters (On-Grid, Hybrid, and Micro) and associated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & commissioning of solar inverter systems at customer sites
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (hardware & software)
- Providing on-site and remote support to EPC partners and end-users
- Conducting preventive maintenance and routine service visits
- Coordinating with the technical and sales team for service-related tasks
- Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
- Educating customers on inverter operation, safety, and remote monitoring tools
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy
- 1–3 years of experience in solar inverter service (preferred)
- Knowledge of On-Grid / Hybrid solar systems
- Hands-on experience in handling tools, wiring, and software configuration
- Ability to travel frequently for site visits (within region)
- Good communication skills and customer-centric attitude
