About the Role:

Gronsol is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to lead our sales growth in the Delhi NCR region. You will be responsible for promoting our on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, generating leads, and closing deals with EPC companies, installers, and solar consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients (EPCs, channel partners, solar companies)
  • Explain product features and benefits through in-person/online meetings
  • Meet monthly sales targets and maintain client records
  • Conduct market research and track regional solar trends
  • Collaborate with the technical team for client support

Qualifications:

🎓 MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development

  • 1–3 years of experience in solar or B2B technical sales
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Familiar with solar inverters, energy systems (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR
