About the Role:
Gronsol is expanding across India and is looking for an energetic, target-oriented Sales Executive in Bengaluru to promote our range of on-grid and hybrid solar inverters. This role is ideal for professionals who want to grow in the clean energy sector with a leading Make-in-India brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new leads through field visits, cold calls, and market research
- Pitch Gronsol inverters to EPCs, solar companies, and installers
- Build strong client relationships and provide pre- and post-sales support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records
- Stay informed about Karnataka’s solar market and competitors
Qualifications:
🎓 MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or B2B sales (solar experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, confident, and organized
- Must be open to local travel across Bengaluru and surrounding regions
