About the Role:
Gronsol is seeking a dedicated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Anand region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, generating leads, and converting them into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach EPC companies, solar installers, and dealers
- Promote Gronsol’s inverter range through product demonstrations and technical discussions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Stay updated on solar market trends and competitor activity in Gujarat
Qualifications:
🎓 MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- 1–3 years of experience in field or B2B sales (solar/electrical preferred)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally and manage the Anand & nearby market
