About the Role:
We are hiring a Sales Executive in Nagpur to drive sales of our on-grid and hybrid solar inverters across Maharashtra. You will be responsible for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing Gronsol’s commitment to clean, made-in-India solar technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach solar EPCs, distributors, and installers in the region
- Present product offerings, features, and benefits
- Close B2B sales and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities
- Travel within Nagpur and nearby districts as needed
Qualifications:
🎓 MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- 1–3 years of field/B2B sales experience (solar preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Familiarity with solar or electrical products is a plus
