About the Role:

Gronsol is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive in Patna to expand our presence across Bihar. You will represent our Make-in-India on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, connect with local EPCs, and support sales operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads from EPCs, solar dealers, and installers
  • Present product features, technical advantages, and pricing
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and handle post-sale queries
  • Achieve monthly targets and provide regular sales reporting
  • Travel across Bihar for client meetings and market development

Qualifications:

🎓 MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales (solar/electrical preferred)
  • Excellent communication in Hindi and local dialects
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and on the move
