About the Role:

Gronsol is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle our sales operations in Noida and nearby NCR areas. You will be responsible for promoting our on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, building client relationships, and supporting business growth in one of India’s fastest-growing solar regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with EPC companies, solar installers, and dealers
  • Pitch Gronsol’s product range and provide technical overviews
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Handle client inquiries, site visits, and post-sales coordination
  • Report on competitor activity and local market developments

Qualifications:

🎓 MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration

  • 1–3 years of sales or B2B experience (solar/electrical preferred)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with travel in Noida and nearby regions
