About the Role:
Gronsol is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to lead our business expansion in Tamil Nadu. As part of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving adoption of on-grid and hybrid solar inverters, connecting with EPCs, dealers, and solar professionals across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build relationships with EPCs, solar companies, and channel partners
- Present Gronsol inverter features and solutions in client meetings
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide pre- and post-sales support and build long-term customer trust
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Tamil Nadu
Qualifications:
🎓 MBA in Sales, Marketing
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in solar or energy sector
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong networking, presentation, and customer-handling skills
- Willing to travel across Chennai and nearby regions
