About the Role:

Gronsol is looking for a motivated and strategic Sales Executive to expand our solar inverter business in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will bring business acumen, market knowledge, and strong client-handling skills to drive B2B sales of our on-grid and hybrid inverters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard solar EPC companies, distributors, and installers
  • Pitch and promote Gronsol’s product range in client meetings
  • Develop business strategies and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain relationships and provide post-sales support to clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the region

Qualifications:

🎓 MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or technical sales (solar/energy preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic tech understanding
  • Willingness to travel within Rajasthan
